This example links in the external stylesheet style_one.css. It also has a rule for the level one heading (h1) text color in the head.
If an element has multiple rules for the same property, the "closer" rule is used.
on this page, the stylesheet section in the head comes after the external one. The color used is the one in this file, not the one in the external file.
